Meet the Pastors      Rev. Shawn Critser, Worship Pastor Pastor Shawn came to Ft. Myers Beach in June of 2004 with his wife Sherri and 4 children - Staples Alan, Shawn Taylor, Mallie Marie and Gracie Scott.  Being called as a pastor wasn't even on their radar when God moved in the hearts of the church members and the Critsers at the same time.  Shawn took the co-pastor position with Dr. Bob in November 2005.    Rev. Bob Brumley, Phd., Executive Pastor Dr. Bob has been serving at FBC-FMB since January 2004.  He started with the church as the Minister of Education and Outreach and moved into the co-pastor position with Shawn in November 2005.  Dr. Bob received his Phd in education from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 1996.  Pastor Bob moves the  church forward in outreach and education as well as manging all the administrative functions of the church organization.
